I tweaked the design for this card from one posted by Brian King. I changed the Designer Series Paper to the Cherry On Top paper stack, and that changed my base and neutral card stock colors to Pool Party and Tip Top Taupe.
The sentiments are stamped in Archival Basic Black. The birthday boy strip is flagged with the Banner punch. A very festive card with a clean-and-simple design!
