I’ve be preparing to attend the annual Stampin’ Up! convention for demonstrators, OnStage Live, which is taking place in Melbourne (also in Houston, Texas, USA, and Rotterdam, The Netherlands) later this week. One of the fun things that happens during it is swaps! I’ve been making enough to swap with the members of Kylie’s The Crazy Crafters team, plus some more.
I’m sharing some of my swap cards. I’ve decided to use this as an opportunity to showcase some of my current Designer Series Papers (DSP) which will be retiring at the end of April.
This card design was inspired by a similar one by Vicki Knight, and features the Bee Mine Suite.
At first it looks like a nice, multi-layered card front.
But in fact, the front flips open like this:
I’ve used a variety of patterns of paper on the flaps to make a bunch of these to swap. I’ve now got very little of this DSP left. It’s been one of the most versatile “Valentine’s” suites to ever be released, IMHO.
