Blended Two-Tone Flora Cards

These are some more cards we made at my May Monthly Medley Class. It’s a 2-fer project…two cards for the effort of one!

CASE’d from Robin Daus, we cut the big Two-Tone Flora Die in one piece of Basic White Cardstock, then overlaid it on a second piece.

We then used Blending Brushes to swirl on Berry Burst, Granny Apple Green, Fresh Freesia and Daffodil Delight inks.

After pulling the layers apart we did a bit of trimming, adhered them to card bases and added sentiments and embellishments.

Of course, everyone’s card turned out a bit differently, depending on where and how much ink they added.

Did you see that we cut the inside layer with the same Deckled Rectangle die as the front layer?
