This card is a “reject” from my Masculine Card Class preparations. Nothing wrong with it – I actually really like it! I just had to narrow down the selection from the samples I made since we only have time to make 5 cards during the session. This card is a CASE of a card made by Barb Kapla. Usually I complain that the camera can’t pick up much of whatever shiny details there are, but on this card the iridescence of the Grapefruit Grove Foil is more pronounced in the picture!
I like how this card can be used for either Father’s Day or a birthday. The background images are stamped off before going on the Whisper White panel, which is then run through the Subtle 3D embossing folder. My card has an added Smoky Slate layer, while Barb sponged the edges of her Whisper White panel.
