I saw this card by Grace Carranza that was received by a member of the Random Act of Kindness FB Group* and had to CASE it! So pretty!
It features 2 FREE Sale-A-Bration items: the Lovely Lattice stamp set, and 2 pieces of of Botanical Butterfly Designer series Paper. Don't miss your chance to own these gorgeous products...they are only available through Sunday!
I stamped the Lovely Lattice image on Whisper White and coloured it with Stampin' Blends, then trimmed it down with a Rectangle Stitched Framelits die. I mounted it on a panel of the DSP and added a strip of Old Olive cardstock. The sentiment is from Butterfly Gala, and is stamped in Smoky Slate and punched out, then mounted on a circle of Smoky Slate and popped up on Dimensionals. I punched the small butterflies out of another piece of the DSP and added them with Glue Dots, and then finished it off with itty bitty bling in the flower centres. This Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper has so many facets, from soft and romantic to black-and-white sleekly graphic:
And it's fun that 4 sheets have butterflies that can be punched out perfectly with the Butterfly Duet Punch! A great paper pack to have in your stash...and a $90 minimum spend will make it yours!
Here's everything I used to make this card...click on a picture to go straight to my online store to order.
* The Random Act of Kindness Facebook Group was established for any card crafter to send and receive cards to/from other members. There is never any obligation to participate, you can sign up to send cards any month you wish, and when you do there is no minimum number you must send. Most people take a pic of the card(s) they receive and post them to the group with a thank-you...seeing these is at least half the fun! Although, I will admit to doing an (internal) happy dance when I receive cards in my letterbox. Anyone else sing the "Blues Clues" mail song in their head when they receive mail? No? Just me? Ok (slinking off sheepishly now).
If you'd like to participate in the RAK FB Group just click on the link. Once you're signed up to the group be sure to click on events to sign up to participate in a particular month ("regular" encouragement event or monthly birthdays/holidays event). Also be sure to go to the files and add your name and address to the directory, and your birth day/month to that list!
Another project from my March class - don't you want to get in on the fun? Scroll down to see the details of my April class!
I CASE'd this project wholesale from Angie Juda, who has a great video tutorial. I did change up the sentiment to a different one from Happy Tails to the one Angie used. The puppy is from Bella and Friends stamp set, and the paper is part of the Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper pack that is available through the end of the month as a FREE Sale-A-Bration selection.
Prefer kitties? Here's another basket I made using the Gingham Gala DSP featuring an image from Pretty Kitty:
I'm seeing these as favours on Easter brunch tables, at weddings or other parties. Since class participants had to transport them home with their chocolate eggs, we bagged them up and tied them with a coordinating ribbon. Too cute!
Here's what you need to make your own (note: You can use either the Simply Scored Board or the scoring blade on the Stampin' Trimmer to score. Also, the materials for the puppy basket are above the tools, the ones used just for the kitty basket are below. April Classes

This card is another we made in my March class, and features the Painted Seasons stamp set that is only available as a FREE Sale-A-Bration item with a minimum spend through March 31. Read more about Sale-A-Bration here.
To make a triple-time-stamping card, you need to make 3 layers of light-coloured cardstock and 3 layers of coloured cardstock (the largest of which will be your card base). For this card I used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits dies to cut the layers. Here are measurements in inches...I'll update when/if I figure them out in cm!Color: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2″
White: 4 x 5 1/4″ Color: 3 1/4 x 4 1/2″ White: 3 x 4 1/4″ Color: 2 1/4 x 3 1/2″ White: 2 x 3 1/4″ Then stack the light-coloured layers together, holding them with either removable adhesive or some SNAIL tape runner that you've de-sticked a bit (I press it a few times on my jeans leg to pick up some lint). Then go ahead and stamp your images randomly, starting with the largest one, then the next largest one, and using the smallest to fill in. You will notice blank areas where the layers meet, but they will be covered by the coloured layers. Pull apart your stamped layers and adhere them to the coloured layers. Mount them on top of each other with Dimensionals, being sure to add ribbon if desired. You can add a sentiment, too, but I chose not to on this one. The colours we used for this card are Berry Burst, Garden Green and Crushed Curry. The Berry Burst is one of the 2017-19 InColors which will be retiring at the end of May. It is so gorgeous, and I adore the Metallic-Edge Ribbon that coordinates perfectly. Retiring InColors products usually sell out by the end of April, so if you like any of the colours below I suggest you order them now (and they will help you earn FREE Sale-A-Bration items if you order before the end of March!). Click on the pic and you will see all the items available in the retiring InColors.
And here is the complete supply list for this card. Clicking on the pictures will take you to my online store.

Here is one of the cards we made in my March class. April class info is below so go ahead and reserve your seat!
I saw another demonstrator use this All Adorned FREE Sale-A-Bration set with these two colours, and thought they were stunning. I think this card would be suitable for anyone!
Stamping the design in Real Red first made it easier to line up the dots in the Smoky Slate design with the circles (most of the time, LOL!). The sentiment is from the Sale-A-Bration Coordination set, More Than Words, and is punched out with the Story Label Punch from the same collection. Here are the items used to make this card. Happiness can be as simple as a beloved product carrying over into a new catalogue - like this Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - sweet!
As beautiful as it is when coloured (like on these cards), or as a background, I knew it would be stunning as the focal point on its own. I decided to set it off with a touch of silver:
Spritzing the Whisper White card stock with some water helped me get a deep impression. I'm thinking it would be perfect as a wedding card.
Place a qualifying order of at least $90 before the end of March and choose this embossing folder as your FREE Sale-A-Bration item, or wait until June when it will appear in our new Annual Catalogue. You'll want to have it in your crafting stash! Thank you to everyone who has placed an order so far this month...I'm halfway to my goal and hopeful that together we can get me there in the next week and a half. Remember that I'm offering a card kit and double rewards tokens for orders placed this month, on top of great Sale-A-Bration rewards!
Here's what I used to make today's card:
I CASE'd this idea from my fabulous upline, Kylie Bertucci. Her videos are a lot of fun to watch, and the link I've posted is her showing how to make this card. Once I'd seen it I had to pop out some of my own:
I used Merry Merlot as my card stock and ink colour. Unlike on this card, I didn't layer the graphics, since stamping in VersaMark would make it too hard to line them up.
A little peek at the stamping I did inside.
Here are links to the products used in this card. Click on them and you'll go straight to my online store to order. Remember, to get the All Adorned and Part Of My Story stamp sets you'll need to place an order with a minimum spend by March 31!
Here's a cheerful card that anyone's friend would be happy to receive:
Gingham Gala is paired with coordinating card stock and ink to make a quick and easy card. The butterfly is punched out of the FREE Sale-A-Bration Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper with the Butterfly Duet Punch. A bit of Basic Black Baker's Twine finishes off the front.
Inside, some bitty butterflies are punched from another sheet of the same DSP, and the coordinating sentiment is added in Lemon Lime Twist to pull it all together.
Here are links to the products used in this card. Click on them and you'll go straight to my online store to order.
Another fantastic option in the Sale-A-Bration offerings is the Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I ran it through the Big Shot with a piece of Whisper White cardstock I lightly spritzed with water, and got a beautifully detailed impression. Then I took sponge daubers and added colour very lightly...WOW! I divided the panel into thirds and added them to the front of 3 different cards:
How fun is that?
You can use any colours, sentiments, ribbon and embellishments you like!
Here's what I used to make these cards...click on the images to go to my online store and order. Have you had the chance to see this paper in person? It is so pretty! I love being able to take one 12x12 sheet, give it a few cuts, and be able to make a collection of cards by adding a few additional layers and stamps. This is the same One Sheet Wonder template I used in this post. Different colours, different sentiments and punches and an entirely new set of cards.
