These are the projects I made on my Facebook Live video this week. You can watch the replay on YouTube or Facebook.
As I showed on Tuesday's post, the Curvy Dies in the Quite Curvy Bundle really called to me. I chose to play with them some more on my Live video. I had some ideas floating around in my head, and you get to see my laboured creative process. I blame it on my broken sleep due to Noah, our Seeing Eye Dog Puppy In Training.
This card features the colours and some product from the Peony Garden Suite. I cut a piece of Peony Garden DSP with the Curvy die the that has the flourish, and paired it with the leaf stamp from the Quite Curvy stamp set. I then cut the Gray Granite layer with the dotted swoop die and added another layer of Petal Pink along with the pretty little hello sentiment from Quite Curvy.
Quiz: can you spot what I did to this card after I ended the video?
In the video I keep saying that it needed something else, but I couldn't come up with it at the moment. Afterwards I found this sentiement...it's actually part of a sentiment stamp from Best Year. I used a Post-It Note to mask the rest of the stamp while I inked up just this one line. Along with Here's A Card, this set is so versatile!
And here's the third card I made on the video. The stars are the off-cut from the first card. I like the addition of the Copper Foil mat, though I also like the first card now that it has the sentiment on it.
I have still more ideas for this bundle...keep an eye out over the next 6 or more months to see them! Here's what I used for these cards: Upcoming Classes & Events
