Here's one of the cards we made in my July Monthly Card Class.
This style is known as a "Floating Card" since the images appear to be floating. In fact, we've sandwiched a piece of Window Sheet between the upper and lower pieces of cardstock. I got the measurements for this card from Jill Chapman.
The upper and lower panels are adorned with pieces of See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper. The cranes are from the Lilypad Lake stamp set, and the sentiment from Floral Essence. You can see that we've cut extra Blueberry Bushel panels and cranes to affix to the back side of the stamped images to hide the adhesive.
Here's what we used to make this card:
I've been paper-crafting since 2006, and an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator since 2010. I love sharing my craft with others, either through classes or by creating special cards and gifts that meet their needs. Join me in creating fun!
