Here's another set of thank you cards...this one a classic black-and-white combination. I cut panels of Back To Black Designer Series Paper (retired) and mounted it on a Whisper White card base cut ¼" smaller in each dimension (5 ¼" x 4"). The sentiment is from One Big Meaning, but I did a minor alteration:
On the left is the original stamp...on the right you can see where I did a little X-acto surgery to eliminate the secondary sentiment. I love the size and script of the Thank You, and think it will be much more versatile to me this way.
A ¼" strip of Basic Black was glued at the seam, and a bow made out of Basic Black card stock and the Bow Builder Punch was added. The card base was then glued to a 5 ½" x 4 ¼" Basic Black panel, bringing the finished card to standard A2 size. I made 6 cards for this set, 2 of each of the DSP designs.
