Last weekend I hosted a class where we played with the Pigment Sprinkles (Annual Catalogue p. 179). These are watercolour crystals (similar to the Brushos we used to have) in 6 SU! colours: Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Gorgeous Grape, and Melon Mambo.
Embedded Pigment Sprinkles - I showed and explained this card to my class, but we didn't actually make it since there are so many other fun techniques I wanted them to try.
Here's how to make this sprinkled strip:
Spray a bit of water on and watch the colours bloom.
I decided it needed a touch of Bermuda Bay.
Once the strip was dry I sponged Whisper White Craft Ink lightly over the raised embossing, which helps it show up against the bright colours.
I've been paper-crafting since 2006, and an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator since 2010. I love sharing my craft with others, either through classes or by creating special cards and gifts that meet their needs. Join me in creating fun!
