As Spring has begun I'm drawn to some soft colours. Rococo Rose, Mint Macaron are So Saffron are the three used on this card. I CASE'd the idea from a card I saw posted on the Random Act of Kindness FB group that was made by Joanne Whittaker, but changed it up to make it my own.
As I showed on my FB Live video for this card, I stamped the flowers and then used masks on them made from Post-It notes before stamping the leaves. On scrap Whisper White I stamped and punched 2 sets of leaves and stamped and fussy-cut one flower. These were popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals.
I wrapped a length of Mint Macaron string from the Nature's Twine set around the panel 3 times, securing both ends on the back with sticky tape. Then I adhered this panel to the Rococo Rose base with Dimensionals. An additional 2 strands were tied around the wrapped twine and a sentiment from Daisy Lane and cut out with a die from Ornate Frames was added. I can see making more of these cards in different colour combos...what do you think would be a good one?
