Last week on my Facebook Live video I showed you 2 ways I've used the Peaceful Poppies suite. You can click on the links to watch my video replay on Facebook or YouTube.
Here's the first style of card that I made. I'm calling it a Triangle Flap Card, and I've CASE'd the fun fold from Debbie Henderson, who has a great video tutorial. I CASE'd the poppy design from Carol Haffner who posted on a Facebook group.
There are actually 2 versions of this layout - one is the fun fold flap card, which opens up like this:
For this card the large Poppy Parade layer is just a flat panel.
Or, you can do like Carol did and make the front layers on a regular card base and just glue the triangle flaps down. When I was preparing to make these cards for the video I went ahead and stamped, embossed and cut out a number of sentiments, flowers, leaves, and layers so I was ready to just assemble as I desired.
Here are some of the results:
And, as promised on the video, here are the measurements for these cards in both centimetres and inches...click on the table below and you'll get a printable tutorial.
Stop back tomorrow to see the other cards I showed on my video!
Here's what I used to make today's cards:
