This card, which I CASE’d from Becky Roberts, is a light and spring-y way to send a greeting. It features the wonderful layered balloons from Balloon Celebration stamped in Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, Blushing Bride and Watermelon Wonder. I inked up the solid balloon stamp and stamped-off before stamping on the Whisper White panel. Then I inked up the dotted overlay and stamped it full-strength on top of the balloons. Once they dried, I used a ruler and a Sahara Sand Stampin’ Write Marker to lightly add the balloon strings. The sentiment is from Endless Birthday wishes stamped in Archival Basic Black. The clouds are punched from the Tree Builder punch and attached with a Glue Dot, carefully placed where the It’s My Party Enamel Dots embellishments will cover them.
