In honour of a stamping friend who recently passed away from cancer, along with all the other family and friends we know who have or will be fighting it, I’m hosting an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event on Saturday, 17 May. We’ll be eating fun treats and crafting a few cards, all to raise money for The Cancer Council. I’d love it if you can attend in person. If not, please consider making a donation. I’ve made a few cards with the stamped images from the Pretty Florals Bundle, but this is one of the first I’ve made with the stand-alone dies.
I know many of my fellow paper crafters who make pretty, artistic spatters of ink on their cards…I feel like mine usually turn out looking like I’ve spilled something! Anyway, I tried spattering both Wink of Stella Glitter Pen and Craft White Ink using a Water Painter. Once it dried it turned out to be a bit translucent, and so looks a lot like Cloud Cover – cool!
I like the Everyday Arches for the inner layers.
