Here’s another card we made in my February class:
I CASE’d this one from Connie Stewart, but changed the color scheme a bit since I used a different Designer Series Paper (DSP) – Succulent Garden. One thing I continue to love about SU!’s patterned papers is that one side will coordinate strongly with the pack’s theme (e.g., succulents), while the other will coordinate in colors but be theme-neutral, like the side used on this card.
The flamingo and hello stamp are from Pop of Paradise. I inked the flamingo in Calypso Coral, then used my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker’s brush tip to swipe color onto the legs, beak and eyelid right over the Calypso Coral. Hello is stamped in Tip Top Taupe and cut out with Layering Circles Framlits along with the Mint Macaron layer below it.
