I started off with a tour of my craft room – you can watch the replay on Facebook or on YouTube.
I changed it up – first by rotating it to be horizontal instead of vertical like Cheryll’s card, and then the sentiment which is from the demonstrator-only stamp set, Stamping Your Way To The Top. At the end of making the card I realised I had adhered the panel onto the card base upside-down, and wound up cutting it down and putting it on a So Saffron card base.
In the video I show you how I made multiple masks for the stamped flowers, which are used to cover them up while stamping the leaves to make them appear like they are behind the blossoms. It is an effort to fussy-cut the masks, but the results are so worth it!
For a bit more fun I made an envelope out of the Perennial Essence Vellum. I would totally put this in the mail, but in fact Lynn attended my class this weekend and I was able to just hand it to her.
