This is another card that started out as a vision in my head, and actually turned out as planned! The final thought I had before I went live was to add in the Pretty Peacock gradient effect on the background layer with my Blending Brush, and I’m so glad I did it.
I first thought I would mount the framed panel squarely on the card, but decided I like it better on the angle (a.k.a., “cattywampus”).
I really like how the Foam Adhesive Strips are just a smidge thicker than our Stampin’ Dimensionals, which allows it to float above the raised wattle image. And though I dithered around with which Crumb Cake mat to use behind the sentiment, in the end I like the label that comes with the dies in this bundle. Finally, how cute are those bitty butterflies?
