Fun Folds 2: Never Ending Card

Here’s another of my projects in the Fun Folds 2 class from last week.
It’s a Never-Ending or Endless card.  I’ve waited a long time to try it because I thought it would be really difficult, but, as with so many things, once you know how to do it it’s quite easy.  The hardest part is to decide how and where to decorate it!  Basically, there are 4 sides or views.  Above is the front, below are the rest of the sides as you flip through.
I used 3 different patterns of Magnolia Lane DSP, plus an image from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set. The blank panel on the last image is for writing a message.

This makes a 6″ x 6″ card, so I had to make an envelope for it, too.  Fortunately I have a bit of the long-retired Envelope Paper left in my stash.

This was actually my second card – I made a practice one first:

This one uses Real Red for the card base and See A Silhouette DSP for the layers.  Perennial Birthday is the front sentiment and Piece of Cake provides the other image/sentiment.  After I had the card made I realised that I’d put the cake and sentiment on upside down, and wound up stamping/punching them again and layering on right-side up over the first ones, LOL.  The blank circles are for multiple messages – I see this being good for a group to send.  I learned a lot about where to place things by doing this one.
