Back in 2020 I received a card from my teammate, Heidi Scholler. I really liked the look of it, and have kept it so I could remember that I wanted to make one of my own. Last week I pulled it out and asked her for pointers, and used it as one of the cards in my March Monthly Medley Class.

The thing that really makes this card stand out is that the entire sunflower and leaves are totally glossy!

All of the die cuts are covered in Versamark ink and Clear embossing powder.

I think having some of the petals missing adds to the charm, as does the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder on the Basic Black layer.
As it’s late summer/early autumn here, it’s sunflower season! I’m happy to add to the sunflowers popping up everywhere, including in my monthly flower bouquet gift from Glenn.
