I just got the Playful Alphabet Dies and was itching to make something with them. This is what my brain came up with:
Ooooh – so shiny! I used a piece of Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper and layered it on the gold Brushed Metallic Cardstock. I’d cut the Stitched Nested Label piece from the centre of it first (frugal tip!), so it was all ready to layer with the next-smaller Whisper White label.
I took another strip of the Brushed Metallic gold and put pieces of the Foam Adhesive Sheets on the back. Then I cut out my Playful Alphabet letters and the birthday greeting from the Well Written Dies. They pop up so nicely from my otherwise flat card!
The Gold Shimmer Ribbon isn’t found in any printed catalogue…it was part of the Christmas Rose Suite offered online last year, and all of this beautiful suite is actually still available.
Finally, I added a few of the Gilded Gems for even more golden shininess. What do you think? Is it right up your alley, or too much for you? Leave me a comment and let me know!
