Here’s a great layout for using up scraps of Designer Series Paper (DSP). I saw it used by someone on the Random Act of Kindness Facebook Group (a great group for exchanging cards with people who really appreciate them!) and had to make some of my own.

I cut my scraps to 2.5 x 7.5 cm, and the cardstock mats are 3 x 8 cm. You can make yours as wide or long as you like. North American crafters will want them longer, but may only use 3 strips, as your card bases are shorter and wider than ours.

Of course, this layout will work with any DSP…the one I saw online used Hand Penned. One could also emboss the card base instead of stamping on it.

Here’s a list of supplies I used to make this…you can purchase them in my Online Store. Better yet, pull out supplies from your stash and start using them up!
