Today I’m sharing a card I made using the Christmas Rose stamp in a non-Christmas card.  I think this image is so pretty and works well for a variety of occasions.

This card is a riff on the Spotlight Technique, where one part of the image is highlighted in colour to “spotlight” it.  In this case I stamped the Christmas Rose image twice on a piece of Whisper White cardstock and used a Stitched Nested Labels Die to cut it out in a hexagon shape.  I totally CASE’d this idea from my friend, Tania Tobin, who shared her own version last week.  While she kept hers Christmas-themed, I wanted to go a different route.
