I bought this set because I really like hedgehogs – I think they’re very cute in real life, and can be very cute in drawings, too. I’ll admit that SU! renderings haven’t always been to my taste, but this one made the cut, IMHO!
I had a vision for this card in my head, but hadn’t tried it out at all before starting the Live. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I find that it can be hard to get a good composition when stamping directly onto one layer.
I really like the colour choices, too. I’ll admit I was worried that the hedgehog was going to be a hot mess when I was colouring it, but the layers of colour really worked out.
