This is the card I made for our son’s birthday this year. He took 2 years of chemistry in high school, and majored in chemical engineering at university, so I knew I needed to order the It’s A Science stamp set as soon as I saw it. He’s currently putting his skills to use writing computer code that maps circuitry on computer chips (it makes use of both his math and chem-e skills), so when I saw the die from another company I snagged it, too.
I’m sure my son doesn’t think this looks anything like the chip pathways he writes, but I’m claiming artistic licence!
What do you do when you have a stamp set without coordinating dies or a punch? I’m taking them on as a personal challenge to improve my fussy-cutting!
These socks are made with the same pattern as our famous tram seat upholstery! He’s always loved trains/trams/subways, so I just had to get him a pair.
Here’s the supply list for this card. Everything listed is available in my Online Store by clicking on the picture(s).
