This is one of the cards I made as an example for the June Mystery Stamping Session. Yesterday I showed my other one using this same design, and tomorrow I’ll be showing my second layout. If you’d like to get the Metric and Imperial measurements and instructions for the two June designs click here.
The instructions for this layout say to cut the Basic White and Coloured Cardstock mats with dies, punches or a paper trimmer. Yesterday’s card used dies, today’s shows what can be done with a paper trimmer.
Our son has a degree in chemical engineering, so I knew right away that I had to purchase this set. It doesn’t have coordinating dies, so I did some careful fussy cutting around the flasks, beaker and test tube.
I’m loving the big, bubble-y dots of this Basics 3-D Embossing Folder, and the way Parakeet Party and Granny Apple Green cardstocks work so well together.
Join in the next Mystery Stamping session this Wednesday, 5 July at 7:00 pm Melbourne time. We’ll take just about an hour, and be making 2 different card designs.
Here’s today’s supply list – purchase anything you need to recreate this card in my Online Store.
