Using the 2 ½” Circle Punch to make a window in the front of the card base is an easy way to add a lot of interest to an otherwise simple card design. Since we used Stampin’ Blends to colour the small balloons on the inside, we stamped them on a separate panel of Whisper White cut slightly smaller than the base and glued it in place so that the colouring wouldn’t bleed through the back panel of the base.
