More Australia Cards

I had another play with my Australian animals stamp set made by Kaszazz.  I realised that when I made my previous set of cards I hadn’t used all of the animals, and wanted to rectify that.
These cards are a bit funny because the animals aren’t to scale, and I’m not sure you’d ever see them all together like this, but there you go.  The animals are an emu (the bird), a wombat, and an echidna (the porcupine-like creature).

I made a background for them by tearing an extra-large Post-It note along the sticky edge and adhering it on the top part of the piece of Whisper White cardstock.  Then I sponged Pear Pizzazz ink along the exposed bottom part. I removed the Post-It, and added Balmy Blue ink with another sponge on the top.  I worked to get the ground more solidly filled-in, and kept the sky more variable to resemble a bit of clouds.

The foliage is from the Sweet Silhouettes Dies.  I cut one tree bough from Garden Green cardstock and then divided it to use on the two cards.  The different shapes led to the two different layouts.  I adhered everything to a Crumb Cake base.
