These are the cards I made during this week’s Facebook Live video. You can watch it on replay on YouTube and Facebook (note: FB now only keeps videos for 30 days). I go live on my Nancy’s Nifty Notes Facebook Page every Wednesday at 10:00 AET…you can check to see what time that is where you are on this website.
These card layouts are CASE’d from Karen Titus in the USA. They are similar in construction, but the first “just” twists, and the second twists into an easel card. My video is really long this time, but I do the card bases first, so you can see how the mechanics work, then I spend the bulk of the time decorating.

It’s a little thing, but after I finished the video I decided to add a tiny flower centre to the white Hues of Blue Flowers with my Secret Sea Light Stampin’ Blends Marker.

Here is the link to Karen’s blog post with the great project sheet. It’s got all the measurements for making these cards out of Letter cardstock. If you’re using A4 cardstock, I still recommend looking at her project sheet to see how to score the card base, but use the following measurements:
Twist Card
Card base: 10.5 x 29.7 cm.
On the long side score at 14.9 cm.
On the long side measure from the left edge and make a mark at 10.5 cm on the top edge.
Turn the cardstock so that the mark is at the top and aligned in the trimmer’s groove, and the bottom, left corner is also aligned in the groove. Score on that diagonal.
Twist Easel Card
Card base: 10.5 x 29.7 cm.
On the long side score at 10.5 and 14.9 cm.
Turn the cardstock so that the top, left corner is in the trimmer’s groove, and the bottom of the 10.5 cm score is also aligned in the groove. Score on that diagonal.
Here’s what I used to make these cards. Everything is available in my Online Store.
