I was inspired by a card made by Chris Smith to make this. I decided to use some autumnal colours as we finish up the last weeks of summer flowers.
The colours I chose to use are Cajun Craze (card base), Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral, with Very Vanilla, Pale Papaya and Old Olive for the blossoms and leaves.
The Picture This die was used to cut both the Calypso Coral and Pale Papaya layers at the same time…both were ¼ sheets of cardstock that I then cut down to the appropriate layer sizes and glued together.
I think the Pierced Blooms dies are some of my all-time favourites, and those little Brushed Brass Butterflies just make me smile!
I could see making this card in a variety of colour combinations…how about you?
