Today’s projects showcase what happens when card stock that has Embossing Paste added via a mask and allowed to dry is then spritzed with water and sprinkled with pigments.
This is a piece of Watercolor Paper with White Embossing Paste. Once the paste was fully dry I thoroughly saturated the paper with a spray bottle of water, and added Melon Mambo and Gorgeous Grape Pigment Sprinkles. Then I decided to add just a dash of Bermuda Bay, too.
This is Shimmery White Embossing Paste added with a mask onto Whisper White card stock. Again, once dry, I spritzed thoroughly with water and sprinkled Daffodil Delight at the top and Granny Apple Green at the bottom. The Whisper White card handles the water very differently from the Watercolor Paper, so I got a different effect from the Pigment Sprinkles.
I decided to punch a variety of circles and pop them up with Dimensionals on a Basic Black card base for a more contemporary take.
This one is more conventional with its matted layers and a sentiment from an old Paper Pumpkin set that just seemed to fit the bill.
