This is another card we made in my October Monthly Medley Class. I really like this design from Bree Renwick, which brings the Plentiful Plants stamp set and its coordinating Perfect Plants dies off the shelf for the first time in a while.
Lots of different textures on this card – from the dry embossing on the bottom layer, to the splatter flicked onto the top layer, plus the different elements in the focal image and layers.
The plant images were inked in Granny Apple Green, then we used the Old Olive and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write Markers to add a bit more colour in various spots.
I wouldn’t have thought to combine the plant colours with the Soft Succulent background piece of DSP, but it works! This is going to be a hard one to send out, I think.
