Did you know that if one colours the flowers on some of the Magnolia Lane DSP they resemble poinsettias? I took some scraps and had a play:
The DSP is coloured in with the Cherry Cobbler Light Stampin’ Blend marker, and just on the white flower. The sentiment on this one and the next one is from Perfectly Plaid.
I think I’m going to have to re-work the sentiment on this one – I used Versamark and Gold Embossing Powder, which is pretty, but it’s just not visible enough. I may do it in a different colour on a tag and pop it up over the existing one.
This one’s sentiment is from the retired Timeless Tidings set. I used the brand-new Golden Glitz Delicata metallic ink that’s in the Holiday catalogue. The picture starts to capture how glitzy and glittery this ink is…and it stamps crisply, too. A big improvement on the metallic inks we had a few years ago.
