It’s 3 weeks until Christmas…are you going to be ready? I’m sharing some of my tricks for getting everything done.
Quick And Easy Card Ideas
I have a TON of great card ideas pinned on my Christmas 2016 Pinterest board, but I know as the days count down I’m going to be looking for ways to bulk up my card stash so I can get one to everyone on my mailing list. Here’s some ideas:
Idea #1 – Scored & Folded DSP + Sentiment on SU! Notecards & Envelopes
Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper to 3-3/4″ x 4″ and score at 1/2″. Fold the back to the front and stick down with a bit of adhesive. Adhere the DSP to a Notecard leaving an even border all around. Stamp a sentiment above or below the DSP. Done! The sentiment shown here is from the Greetings from Santa stamp set.
Idea #2: Using Hello December 2016 Project Life Cards to make greeting cards
Such an easy way to crank out fun cards! My own set of Hello December 2016 cards is sitting on a UPS truck awaiting delivery, so here are some by Charlene Harrveld I found for inspiration.
Choose a Project Life card and layer it on a card base, adding embellishments as desired! 4″ x 6″ PL cards will need to be trimmed down, while 3″ x 2″ cards are ready to layer. Since the PL kit is designed with Stampin’ Up! colors, cardstock, ribbon and other embellishments will coordinate perfectly! Not only that, but the Presents & Pinecones Card Stock Pack also coordinates for layers and card bases!
Check back on Monday to see another way to get a lot of cards with little effort in my Merry Monday post.
I’m placing an order on Tuesday, December 6…if you’re local and want to save on shipping let me know what you want me to add in for you!
