These are the cards I made during this week’s Facebook Live video. You can watch it on replay on YouTube and Facebook. I go live on my Nancy’s Nifty Notes Facebook Page every Wednesday at 10:00 AET…you can check to see what time that is where you are on this website.
There are several different ways to stack and slice your DSP to make this type of card…I really like this simple version from Mary Knabe. I’ve adapted her layout to work with A4 cardstock…you can find the measurements for both A4 and Letter cards below.
Here are the measurements:
Metric:
Mossy Meadow card base: 14.9 x 21, scored at 10.5 cm
Basic White layer: 9.5 x 13.9 cm
DSP: three coordinating pieces 9 x 13.4
Imperial:
Mossy Meadow card base: 5 ½” x 8″, scored at 4 ¼”
Basic White layer: 3 ¾” x 5″
DSP: three coordinating pieces 3 ½” x 4 ¾”
And here’s how to cut your DSP:
Metric: mark on each of the long edges at 3 & 7 cm, align tick marks on cutting groove and slice.
Imperial: mark on each of the long edges at 1″ & 2 ½”, align tick marks on cutting groove and slice.
Here’s the supply list for this card…if you’re in Australia you can purchase everything you need in my Online Store.
