These are the cards I showed how to make on my recent Facebook Live video. You can watch the replay on YouTube or Facebook. I go live each week at 10:00 AM Wednesdays AET…you can check here to see what time that is where you live for this week’s broadcast.
These cards really are quite simple to make – you start with a gate fold card base. Then 4 identical squares of cardstock make the slide and lock mechanism. Score 2 of them in half, and putting the scored sides abutting each other glue the other 2 squares to the top and bottom, to make a sandwich with an X in the middle.
Adhere your decorative panel on one of the squares, and you’re ready to slide the mechanism onto the decorated card base.
