The Joseph’s Coat technique involves applying splotches of ink to Basic White cardstock, then stamping images in Versamark ink and applying Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Finally, a very dark ink is applied over the entire piece of cardstock, which makes the multicoloured images pop.
