While I had my Foam Adhesive Sheets out from making these cards last week, I decided to see how one would work with a very detailed die. So I pulled out my Artistic dies, part of the Expressions In Ink Suite.
I was very pleased to find that it worked quite well! Getting out all the little bits wasn’t really any more fiddly than it is without the Foam Adhesive Sheets. For a behind-the-scenes look at that process be sure you’re a member of my Nancy’s Nifty Notemakers Facebook Group.
Thanks to the photopolymer stamp set (Color & Contour), I was actually able to get the Shaded Spruce and Magenta Madness ink onto the sentiment stamp directly from the ink pads and stamp in one go. Also – did you see that super-cute Stitched Greenery die-cut background layer?
Once again, I’m loving the excellent colour coordination SU! has in its products. Following the lead of Tammy Wilson, one of the current Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team members, I made the two-tone bow from the Open Weave Ribbon that I cut in half lengthwise.
