Here’s a second card I created for the Colour INKspiration Challenges #105. The colours assigned were Fresh Freesia, Old Olive, Mango Melody and Very Vanilla.
As with yesterday’s card, I started with tapping ink onto an acrylic block, then spritzing with water and pressing to Very Vanilla cardstock. You can see in this one that there are areas with more water (blurry) and less water (spotty).
Once it was dry I stamped the trees from Beauty of Friendship in Memento Tuxedo Black (trunks) and Old Olive and Mango Melody (leaf stamps). Then I trimmed it down with one of the Stitched Rectangles dies.
I mounted it on a mat of Basic Black cut with a Scalloped Contours dies, and added a sentiment.
