This week I’m sharing the cards we made in my April Monthly Medley Class. Each month I feature a variety of products and techniques using great Stampin’ Up! products and I’m always happy to have newcomers join us! All the details can be found on my Classes and Events page.
This card’s design is CASE’d from Ann Alexander. CASE-ing is “Copy and Share Everything,” according to most stampers, but Kylie Bertucci calls it “Copy and Selectively Edit,” which is often true for me, and is in this case. Regardless of what one calls it, CASE-ing is a common, accepted practice in the paper crafting community as long as credit is given.
I love the circle design stamped on the Basic White layer. It’s from the Circle Celebration stamp set that is on p. 38 of the January – June Mini Catalogue and which sadly won’t be carrying over to the new Annual Catalogue. The sentiment I chose is from Blossoms in Bloom, but you can use anything you like. The dragonflies, bumblebee and patterned paper are all from the Dandy Garden 6×6 DSP pack, which will also be retiring on 3 May.
Here’s how to get your own supplies to make this card:
