Stampin’ Up! Ice Cream Corner Birthday Card

This week I’m sharing the cards we made in my April Monthly Medley Class. Each month I feature a variety of products and techniques using great Stampin’ Up! products and I’m always happy to have newcomers join us! All the details can be found on my Classes and Events page.

Ice Cream Corner 1

I am going to be sad to see this paper go in early May, since it’s so bright and cheerful, suitable for anyone.

You may have heard me talk about Kylie’s Card Templates before…they’re really useful for trying out layers to see how they’ll work before you cut, and for “translating” the measurements between inches and centimetres. Clicking on the link above will take you to her online store to download the measurements – it’s well worth the minimal investment of $$ and time/cardstock to make your own. Here are the measurements for the layers on my card:

Ice Cream Corner 2

The sentiment and mat pieces are punched with the two Banners Pick A Punch. And did you see the bit of Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon flagged off the sentiment?

You can still get the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper and Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon, but they will be retiring on 3 May, so supplies may run out. You can tap on any photo below to go straight to my online store.
