Here’s another card we made in my March Monthly Medley class. It was inspired by one made by Kayla McCreadie, but I made several changes to make it my own.
All of the images and sentiment come from the Tasteful Touches stamp set.
We used a variety of techniques on the different elements: the flower is coloured with Stampin’ Blends Markers, the sprig of greenery is stamped in Garden Green Classic Ink and the colour is pulled into the leaf centres with a Blender Pen. The feathers and sentiment are heat embossed on Vellum and Basic Black cardstock, respectively.
With no coordinating dies for this set, everything was fussy cut by hand. The Metallic Pearls add just the right amount of shine.
