Tasteful Touches Smile

Kylie Bertucci shared this card with us during an online session, and it looked like a fun one to re-create.

It features the flower from Tasteful Touches, and a sentiment from Lovely You.  I used a sponge dauber to add Cherry Cobbler ink to the centres of the flowers.   

The really fun part came when I made the Basic Black background layer.  I smeared my Versamark ink pad all over the cardstock, then sprinkled pinches of White Stampin’ Emboss Powder over it.  Once it was heat-set it makes a unique background!

I’d never done this with heat embossing before, but it won’t be the last time.
