Today I’m sharing the cards I made on my Facebook Live video last week. You can see the replay on Facebook or on YouTube. Don’t forget to tune in tomorrow to see what I’m making! I go live on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am Melbourne time…you can click here to see what time that is where you are!
In this video I showed off the Sale-A-Bration stamp set, Thoughtful Blooms, and its coordinating Small Bloom Punch. You can see both on pp. 12-13 of the SAB brochure.
I took the general idea for this card from many I’ve seen on Pinterest, Facebook and blogs. The strip of Designer Series Paper is from Best Dressed, but one could substitute plain or embossed card stock, ribbon or baker’s twine as well.
This one is CASE’d from the one on p. 12 of the SAB brochure (top, right). I made it my own by switching up the Designer Series Paper (this is from Peaceful Poppies), the colour scheme, and the sizing.
For a more contemporary take I chose to make a repeating, ombré pattern with this graphic stamp. Watch the video to see how I used my Stamparatus to get everything lined up just right.
Here’s what I used to make these cards:
