This is the final card we made in my May Monthly Medley Class. It’s inspired by Anne Wallace, and is such a great way to create a realistic shoreline!
We tore the Waves Of The Ocean Designer Series Paper (DSP) to mimic the edge of the surf.
I think that the white inner core of the paper that’s exposed at the torn edge resembles the foam at the water’s edge.
I like the simple pelican-on-the-pylon image as an anchor to the card.
And I like the play between the added sparkle of the rhinestones on the water and the deep, earthy tone of the Kraft cardstock beach.
Sadly, this fabulous DSP and the rhinestones are no longer available, but there are still plenty of fun projects to be made with the Waves Of Inspiration Bundle! Here are all the ordering details:
