Tulips In My Pocket

This week I’m showing you cards we made in my recent Timeless Tulips card class.  This one was inspired by Dorina Fanning, who posted a similar card on a Facebook group I’m in.

The tulips are stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink on Flirty Flamingo cardstock.  There are 2 layers per flower, and the top layer has been cut with paper snips to overlap the petals more, or to have a gap in the petals, or both, for more dimension.

The leaves are Pear Pizzazz ink stamped both directly on the card base and on Pear Pizzazz cardstock.  The pocket is half of a Stitched Nested Labels Die piece, run through the Stone 3D Embossing Folder that was swiped with my Whisper White Craft Ink Pad. A sprinkle of Woven Threads Sequins and a sentiment from Timeless Tulips finishes it off.
