This is the last of the cards we made in my August Christmas Card Class, in which I focused on simple, easy to replicate cards.
This card is very simple in its components. A card base, two layers, one stamp and a die-cut. White and green. That each element brings a little bit extra adds up to a card that is anything but basic.
This Designer Series Paper pattern from Sweetest Christmas has a bit of extra texture to it. The Basic White layer is embossed with the Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossing Folder. The sentiment has a great layout and multiple fonts and sizes for interest, and the die cut Christmas tree has lots of texture and peek-a-boo holes.
If you’re looking for a card to mass-produce, this one is great – you’ll get 6 from each 12 x 12 sheet of DSP, and there are 2 green and 4 red sheets in the Sweetest Christmas DSP pack that would work perfectly for it!
