Two-Tone Flora Heart To Heart Wedding Card

While I take some time to move my craft supplies (and the rest of our belongings) to a new house, I’m sharing the cards I designed for my customer who wanted a special session to make multiple wedding cards.

At first glance you might think that this card is the same as the one I showed in this post.

It uses the other portion of the Two-Tone Flora die-cut that I snipped into two pieces. This is the “finer” side.

I mounted it onto a layer of Vellum cardstock that I first stamped with a sentiment in Smoky Slate. Note: the Heart To Hearts set I used on this card is retired, but there are many other appropriate sentiments that are currently available, including Wonderful Thoughts. I considered heat embossing in Silver, but didn’t want the Vellum to be warped from the heat.

Then the Vellum was glued to the Very Vanilla Thick card base with strategic drops of Multipurpose Liquid Glue under the lace and around the edge of the die cut.
