The flowers and sentiment are from Bloom and Grow, and are wonderfully easy to stamp since they’re photopolymer. The flowers were stamped twice and coloured with Stampin’ Blends, then cut out with the coordinating Budding Blooms dies. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and then sprinkled with White Stampin’ Emboss powder and heated to melt.
Here’s a second version I made…very similar but the flowers are a bit offset, instead of symmetrical in their placement.
