In a couple of sessions over the last week I’ve worked to use up my beloved Boho Indigo Designer Series Paper that came as part of the Product Medley. I wound up with 32 cards!
They are all different, though some are similar to each other.
I had a great time mixing and matching patterns!
It was a challenge to find ways to use scraps. Many of the “pieced” card fronts are embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder so that they resemble quilt tops.
The gold foil die-cut labels and plants/flowers and the ribbon in the Medley make a nice counter to the more homely indigo patterns.
I also enjoyed pulling in sentiments from other sets to use as well, like the vertical Happy Birthday from Celebrate With Flowers used on the bottom, right card in the photo above.
What have you been hoarding in your stash you can pull out and work with in an extended way? I felt like I could “get in the zone” using the same suite of materials over several sessions, and recommend trying it.
