When I get a new set I often go to the catalogue for inspiration. Did you spot this card? It’s easy to miss in our rush to get to the product pages…it’s part of the inside cover spread at the front! I decided to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) it for the May Monthly Medley Class.
I’m not sure I’d ever have thought to put these colours together, but they totally work to provide a big pop!
One of the other things I like about it is that we use the “wrong” side of the embossed layer (a.k.a the debossed side), and how it floats above the Lemon Lolly blossoms.
I changed the sentiment since most of us go through a lot of birthday cards.
